Estimated Shipping Times
We do our best to meet a 1-2 week shipping estimate, but we cannot guarantee. Actual delivery time will also depend on method chosen during checkout.

Time needed for production is 5-7 business days.

Lead time on ornaments is 3-5 business days.

Large metal décor and artwork orders in the Salem area or across the US take up to 1 week once shipped (usually via UPS or FedEx), smaller orders and ornaments take approximately 2-3 business days (via USPS First Class).

Do you ship out of the United States?
No, at this time we are not shipping outside of the U.S.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. CCR Custom Metals is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Size
Please note that the biggest signs we can ship are 23.75" x 23.75" but if you want custom, large metal art or signs in the Salem and Woodburn, Oregon areas and are willing to pick it up, our CNC plasma machine can cut up to 48" x 96". Please contact us for further information prior to checking out.

If I am local to you (Woodburn and Salem, Oregon area) can I save on metal décor and artwork shipping and pick up my sign myself?
Yes! Absolutely. Message us for a coupon code for local pickup.

Product Materials
We currently use hot-rolled steel and cold-rolled steel (16 gauge - 1/16" thick). We are not currently working with any other metals (ie stainless steel, corten steel, aluminum). Our signs are cut by our very own CNC plasma machine.

Cancellations and Returns
We allow cancellations within 2 days of purchase.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Custom and Personalized Orders
Please contact us with the following information for custom metal artwork and décor from our Salem area shop:

What size you would like the metal sign to be? (At the present time, we can only ship as big as 24" x 24")
If there is a font involved, please identify which font you would like. If you are unsure, please just let me know if you would like it in print or cursive.
Please state what finish you would like (ie. raw metal, rusted, paint color {hammered black, hammered silver, hammered copper, hammered brown, hammered red, })

Gift wrapping and packaging
If this will be a gift and will be sent directly to the recipient, please let us know so we don't include the invoice in the packaging.
